many individually negotiated rates and agreements with
many carriers on many different lanes of traffic. This
can mean that the critical pieces of contract information,
including negotiated accessorial rates, contract terms
and conditions are locked up in file cabinets. Distributed
over many pieces of paper, accessing this information

transportation departments are working to service customers,
